The site is a free referral service, not a roofing company or contractor. It never climbs a ladder, prices a job or signs a contract. Those steps belong to the one independent local roofer who receives your request, who sets the price, writes the estimate and does any work you agree to.

Any agreement for roof work is between you and that roofer. The site is not a party to it and does not guarantee the roofer's work, price, schedule, materials or warranties. Before you sign, look up the roofer's Pennsylvania Attorney General home improvement registration, ask for proof of insurance and read the whole contract.

Cost tables, calculator results and summaries of law on the site are general information for planning. A calculator result is a planning range, not a quote or bid, and a summary of law is not legal advice.

Please send accurate details, and only for a property you own or have permission to ask about. Don't use the form for spam, sales pitches or anyone else's personal information.

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is, and it is not responsible for losses that come from a roofer's work or from decisions made using its information. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. They may change, and the date below shows the current version.
